We are happy to ship Reefly Rooted worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.

Processing & Fulfillment

Each Reefly Rooted item is made to order especially for you. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information by email.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and order volume. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

Please note that carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help make it right.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Each design features the outline and cultural elements of a specific Marshall Islands atoll or island. Whether it is Majuro, Kwajalein, Jaluit, Bikini, or any of the 34 islands, every piece tells a story of identity, family, and home.

Returns & Refunds

At Reefly Rooted, each item is made especially for you when your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, changes of mind, or buyer's remorse, except where required by applicable law.

Please review your size, color, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing your purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review it as quickly as possible.

If your claim qualifies, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has begun.

We are always expanding! Currently we offer t-shirts across multiple design collections. Hoodies, sweatshirts, aloha shirts, tote bags, mugs, hats, and stickers are coming soon. Stay connected for new drops!

To keep your designs looking fresh, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the printed design.
