Our Designs May Not Be Copied

Reefly Rooted's original artwork and designs may not be copied, traced, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, resold, downloaded or extracted for commercial use, or used to manufacture or create other products or derivative designs without prior written permission from Reefly Rooted.

This includes unauthorized use of our original:

• Island artwork and artistic treatments
• Floral, ocean, sunset, tribal, and other design artwork
• Patterns and graphics
• Reefly Rooted turtle artwork and logo
• Reefly Rooted name, branding, and logos
• Product artwork and illustrations

Purchasing a Reefly Rooted product gives you ownership of the physical product you purchased. It does not transfer ownership of our artwork or grant permission to copy, reproduce, manufacture, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise commercially use the design appearing on that product.

You may not use the Reefly Rooted name, logos, branding, artwork, photographs, or other protected materials in a way that falsely suggests another product, business, website, or seller is affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by Reefly Rooted.

Unauthorized use of Reefly Rooted's protected intellectual property may result in enforcement of our rights and available legal remedies.

3. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, artwork, colors, descriptions, and other information as accurately as possible.

However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, garment color, printing process, and other production factors.

Product availability, designs, colors, sizes, pricing, and other details may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or collections at any time.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Reefly Rooted products are generally made to order especially for you. Production begins after an order is placed.

Please carefully review your product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other order details before completing your purchase.

5. Prices & Payments

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency presented at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. Payments are handled through authorized payment and ecommerce providers.

Applicable taxes may be calculated and charged at checkout where required.

6. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product availability issues, or circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us at support@reeflyrooted.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

8. Shipping

Reefly Rooted offers FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders.

For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order, and available shipping method.

International customers may also be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country or local authorities.

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because Reefly Rooted products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, changes of mind, or buyer's remorse, except where required by applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at support@reeflyrooted.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Qualifying claims may be resolved with an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Personal & Non-Commercial Use
