Returns & Refund Policy

At Reefly Rooted, each item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are created specifically when an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, changes of mind, or buyer's remorse, except where required by applicable law.

Please carefully review your size, color, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart provided on the product page before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your Reefly Rooted order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@reeflyrooted.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review your request.

If your claim qualifies, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, you will not need to return a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

Because each Reefly Rooted product is made to order, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or preference changes, except where required by applicable law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us at support@reeflyrooted.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Refunds

Refunds are available for qualifying damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
