We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase or promotional code is required.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order, and available shipping method.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by their country or local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to Reefly Rooted.

Processing & Delivery

Reefly Rooted products are made to order, so please allow time for your item to be produced before shipment.

Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method available for your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, when available.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at support@reeflyrooted.com as soon as possible. Because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at support@reeflyrooted.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
