Each Reefly Rooted item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections or changes of mind, except where required by applicable law.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at support@reeflyrooted.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If eligible, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
